As a "Career Real Estate Professional" education is paramount in provinding the client with the best in customer service. Continuing education in real estate is not an option it is the only way a real estate professional can show their committment to the profession.

* Bachelor of Art Degree in Foreign Language Spanish Concentration from Monmouth University
* Certificate in Latin American Studies from Monmouth University 
* Associate in Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Ocean County College
* New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License since 1994 – Ocean School of Real Estate
* New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson’s License since 1985 – Ocean School of Real Estate

My Designations

* Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by National Association of Realtors who meet the specified education and practical experience criteria.

* Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only one in every 20 Realtors has the advanced training experience, and commitment to become a CRS.

* Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI). The GRI designation, conferred by the National Association of Realtors, is presented to Realtors who have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate. 

* Charter Member (Nationally No. 47) of the Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) designation. The RSPS designation is conferred by the National Association of Realtors to Realtors who have completed a comprehensive education program. The designation helps facilitate the buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.

* Senior Real Estates Specialist (SRES) The SRES designation is the only designation specifically designed to serve senior property owners. SRES designees demonstrate requisite knowledge and expertise to counsel senior clients.
